Sold 2 U, Inc., in partnership with Paradigm Real Estate Solutions, has announced the release of 29 new condominium homes for auction at Blu CitySpaces (http://www.auctionblu.com) in downtown St. Louis. Minimum bids will start at $39,000.
The auction will include studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom St. Louis condominium homes ranging from approximately 427 to 814 square feet. Some homes feature balconies and city views.
“It’s hard to find a better new home value anywhere in the country right now. Renters can own a new home for less than they currently pay in rent. The homes are approved for FHA financing, which gives qualified homebuyers the opportunity to keep move-in costs low. It’s simply the best time to make the leap to home ownership in St. Louis,” said Ken Stevens, CEO of Sold 2 U, Inc.
More than 75 homes have been previously sold within the building, which is located near many major downtown sports attractions including Busch Stadium, Edward Jones Dome, and the Scottrade Center. The location, amenities, and quality finishes throughout each home have made the building a popular choice for homebuyers, said Stevens.
“This is a great value for first time buyers and first time investors. Blu CitySpaces offers a low point of entry for buyers who have been considering taking advantage of market conditions to start their real estate investment portfolio, ” said Stevens.
The auction will take place on Saturday, June 25th at the Marriott One St. Louis Station in downtown St. Louis. All 29 homes included in the auction are open for preview daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 210 North 17th Street in downtown St. Louis. Interested buyers can contact the Sales Center at (314) 241-3111 or visit the website at www.auctionblu.com
