In a huge expression of confidence in the Houston home building market and a reflection of its success as a green builder since it started two years ago, GreenEco Builders is holding a grand opening of 8 new model home parks, all on the same weekend. The grand opening will showcase 8 new fully decorated models, bringing GreenEco’s presence to 10 communities throughout Greater Houston with models open to the public.

GreenEco’s Sales Manager, Wayne Green, said, “GreenEco’s success is a result of our commitment to providing the highest quality of construction, and features for the best value, rather than the lowest price.” Green added all homes will include a complete package of energy saving green features Houston home buyers are seeking. The communities are located in a widespread number of areas throughout Houston, including Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring and Dickinson.

The homes range in footages from 1169 to 3126 square feet with popular design features such as American-made brick exteriors, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, LP TechShield Radiant Barrier, EcoBatt Insulation, LP SmartSide Siding, and 14 SEER HVAC systems. 30 different plans are available. In addition to building homes that are responsible to their customers and to the environment, GreenEco Builders offers incentives to home buyers such as credit repair programs, down payment and closing cost assistance, and Mortgage Tax Credit Certificates.

The grand openings will be celebrated at all 10 GreenEco locations with model homes. Refreshments will be served and home buyers will have an opportunity to win an Apple IPad in each community.
