It is mostly open land with long frontage on Cindy Land and at the end of Oakwood Drive. The current owner is a religious organization that has deemed the property to surplus to their mission and no longer has a need for the property.
The auction will be held at the Holiday Inn at Little Rock Exit 32 on I-85 and will be conducted by Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. Included with the Charlotte property is a 35.95+/-acre tract in Gastonia. Both will be sold at the same location.
