Tranzon Auction Properties, along with their partners Tranzon Fox, and Tranzon Alderfer, announced today that they have been engaged to market the Bankruptcy Sale of 21 gas and convenience stores in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The stations are currently involved in the bankruptcy case filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, UNIVERSAL MARKETING, INC., case number: 09-15404 (ELF).

All 21 locations will be offered in a ballroom setting in the Doubletree Hotel, Annapolis, MD on Thursday, December 9, 2010 starting at 11:00 am.

According to public records, Universal Marketing, Inc. filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on July 23, 2009. The case was converted to a chapter 7 on August 18, 2009 and the order granting the Bankruptcy Sale of these properties was issued on October 27, 2010.
