Foreclosure Signs

For over a year the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is demanding all US banks, and mortgage servicing companies stop selling their toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures, with ‘As Is’ being the only disclosure, to completely innocent home buyers in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas. The group is also warning consumers, or potential home buyers about real estate flippers in Florida, or other US Gulf States flipping toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures for huge profits, but tragically with little, to no meaningful work done to remediate the home. They say, “We are getting phone calls everyday from home buyers in Florida, or other Gulf States, who literally just discovered the former foreclosure, or investment house they just purchased contains toxic Chinese drywall, and everybody in the food chain including real estate agent, building inspector, bank, and or the real estate flipper failed to properly disclose toxic Chinese drywall in the just purchased home.” The group says, “We are demanding the legislatures of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas enact strict disclosures laws related to full disclosure of toxic Chinese drywall, as a critical new level of consumer protection, that is long overdue in all of these states.” http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “We are urging all home buyers in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, and Southeast Texas to not purchase a bank foreclosure, a short sale, or what appears to be an investor home, without a very thorough inspection for toxic Chinese drywall. While the bank foreclosure, or real estate flippers price might appear to be attractive-they are not, if the home contains toxic Chinese drywall, and the new homeowner has to gut the home, using exact protocols to make it safe to live in again.” The group says, “Because toxic Chinese home foreclosures are being re-mortgaged to new home buyers, with no disclosure to anyone, we are now accusing the complicit banks, or loan servicing companies of securities fraud, because this type of nonsense puts not only the new home buyer at risk, but all up stream investors, including our nation’s pension funds. Does anyone really think the bank, that re-mortgaged the toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure in Florida, or a US Gulf State told the new mortgage investor, or pension fund the home contains toxic Chinese drywall, and in all likelihood the home will soon be a foreclosure again? The answer is absolutely not, and we are urging the US Justice Department & the SEC to begin an investigation immediately on these very serious crimes. We will give our full cooperation.” http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

Can a toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Southeast Texas be repaired? The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “We are firmly convinced a toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure can be remediated, in Florida, and or the US Gulf South, and the home can be safe to live in again. There is one critical proviso; you need to use an established contractor, that has a proven toxic Chinese drywall remediation protocol. However, without a specific disclosure most home buyers do not know what to look for, or how to negotiate with a bank, even if they discover toxic Chinese drywall prior to actually purchasing the home. When it comes to no disclosure of toxic Chinese drywall in the US Southeast, intentional non disclosure is wrong, and we intend to change this, by leveling the playing field for home buyers, or purchasers.” http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
